Buyers:

Browse the categories on the left menu or enter a keyword into the search field to find a suitable holiday or accommodation.

To open an individual package, please click on the description title. This will take you to a new page that will have the information of what is included in your package, photo’s of the property, some have a virtual tour link so you can visit the property direct it also has the prices and the availability request button.

Once you wish to purchase, click on either the bid button or buy now button. If you have not registered with us and logged in yet, you will be required to register. Fill out registration form with your details. You must include your email address as you will need to activate your account when you receive an automated email response from our server.

When you receive you email from us please click on link to activate your account. When activated you are able to bid and buy.

After purchase you will receive an email from us with a payment advice / invoice. You have 5 days for payment unless the seller offers part payments. All directions on how to pay will be on this email.

Sellers:

Click on the sell button to open the registration form

Fill out registration form with your property’s details. Once you are registered you will receive an email from us to activate your account. We first have to approve that you have a property to sell, this is to stop any fraud from outside interests.

When you receive the link from us please press the link to activate your sellers account and have been approved by the Accommodation Auctions Online, you will now be able to upload your packages.

The listing form is very simple. You may copy and paste and upload your photo’s into these sections. You can change colors and fonts etc as well. You will also be able to add your cancellation policies, dates of travel and any blockout dates. At the bottom you have an option of how many days you want to list. For auction format it is suggested 7 – 10 days. For fixed priced format we suggest 10 or  30 days

You packages should be uploaded immediately. To view your packages go to the my auctions and log in there. This is where you can see or your sales.

Accommodation Auctions On Line reserves the right to with hold outside links and contact information. You may include your address details on the listing page.
