Purchasing You must be over 18 years of age to purchase any room, package or accommodation displayed or requested from our website

Payment If Booking on line through our website you must make payment for accommodation booked on this site at the time of booking and you agree to make payment with a charge to your nominated credit card.

We use many different wholesalers the payment conditions will be displayed at time of booking.

Some will take deposits and the balance later on but some will also require full payment at the time of
the booking.The wholesaler will take payment on our behalf.

For direct bookings with Accommodation Auctions On Line we usually only take a depsoit at the the time of booking. The balance must be paid on or before date we send you as Australian Properties but most International properties require that payment be finalized at least 30 - 45 days prior to arrival.

You may confirm this at time of booking

It is the buyers responsibility to inform us of any email address change or contact changes while you booking is active just in case we need to contact you regarding your booking. Not doing this could result in your booking being cancelled

Please click on the deposit or full payment box to determine your payment. Please be aware that due to currency conversion rates changing daily you will be charged for payment / deposit of the day of purchse with the currency rate of that day and balance will be charged at exchange rates for that date The amount charged to your card by Accommodation Auctions On Line P/L (subject to the following) will be the amount shown on our booking page prior to you clicking the "Pay Now" button on that page.

Please be aware that depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit card's currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider.

If travel is less than 30 days or 45 days Internationally then full payment may be required at time of booking. We will notify you of balance your dates

For layby bookings only ( which means a 25% deposit and you can pay the balance off prior to arrival ) you will be charged a $2.50AUD administration fee for additional payments made until the full payment is received for your booking. You will be notified by email within 24 hours of when balance is due which Australian destinations will be 30 days prior to arrival and for International destinations it will be 45 days. For cancellations please read the properties cancellation policy on each listing.

Cancellations For cancellations on bookings you can view on line at the time of booking if booking directly off our website and changes. For all other direct bookings you will receive the cancellation policy with your paperwork.

If you want to confirm before booking please ask before you book to avoid any later problems. Please read all your paperwork to confirm it is all correct and email us if you have any issue at all.

For changes to bookings you must contact one of our customer service agents click here for contact information. Please be aware that some accommodation can not be changed if rooms and dates are not available for your alternate changes. Some properties may permit cancellations and or changes but they may also involve a charge.

This is the properties guidelines and charges not that of Accommodation Auctions On Line where Accommodation Auctions On Line will have a flat administrations fee of $10.00AUD to be charged and maybe waived if the changes are minimal.

We will do our best to keep our costs down as we know that some unexpected circumstances do arise. As always if you fail to cancel a booking or do not checkin in accordance with the booking you made, you will be charged up to the full amount of the booking purchased.

Again contact one of our customer service agents to see what can be done before cancelling.

Checkin A credit card must be presented on checkin to cover incidentals while on your stay at the property. Procedures which may include food, beverages or services. Additional identification maybe required by said property to stop or minimize any fraud arising from your stay which includes verification purposes in the event of a dispute. If a dispute arises then information of the credit card and the identification information may be supplied to the police as well as Accommodation Auctions On Line P/L.

The person registering at checkin must be of 18 years of age.

In some cases a key deposit will be required on checkin but will be refunded when you checkout with all keys returned

Liability Accommodation Auctions On Line P/L will not be liable for any losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses whatsoever (irrespective of whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising from the use of or connected with our website or any products or services purchased on our website. We make no warranty or representation as to the fitness or suitability of any product or service displayed on our website. We sell accommodation supplied by each property, and a copy of your purchase
will be sent to you on exactly what you have purchased whether it be accommodation (room type will be confirmed), transfers, any inclusions eg meals or any other service that was part of the booking. Accommodation Auctions On Line is an agent for the properties and do not hold the goods, we provide the service only. The liability is on you to contact Accommodation Auctions On Line P/L with any discrepancies within 5 days of the booking details sent to you

Website Accommodation Auctions On Line P/L makes every effort that the information displayed on its website content is correct. We are unable to guarantee that the website is free from errors as most of the information is supplied by the properties and also that our website is updated every few minutes so availability may change in those few minutes of confirming your booking. This is a very rare occasion but we will not deny that it can happen but you will be notified within 24 hours if any error occurs.

Accommodation Auctions On Line P/L reserves the right to change any information contained on our website (including these terms and conditions) at any time without notice to you.

General Our terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia. Accommodation Auctions On Line P/L receives payments from our properties for the use of our services.
